A modern, globalizált szervezeti kultúrákban egyre fontosabbá válik a transzdiszciplináris gondolkodás. Ez a tudományterületeket összefogó és azokon átívelő, kollaboratív és kreatív megközelítés, amely a problémamegoldás során etikai vagy erkölcsi perspektívákat is figyelembe vesz, olyan új tudás létrehozását segíti elő, amely hagyományos multi- illetve interdiszciplináris munkakörnyezetben nem elérhető. Munkámmal és széleskörű képzési hátteremmel az a célom, hogy a problémák elemzése tényekre alapozva, mélyrehatóan valósuljon meg. Ám legalább ilyen fontosnak tartom az elemzői attitűdöt háttérbe szorítva aktív cselekvéssel elérni a „lehetetlent”.

In the modern, globalised organisational cultures, the demand for transdisciplinary thinking increases more and more. Integrating and crossing disciplines, this collaborative and creative approach that also considers ethical or moral perspectives in problem resolution, supports the generation of new knowledge not available in multi- and interdisciplinary work environments. My aim, through my work activity and widespread academic background, is to perform thorough and proactive problem analyses resting on facts and different disciplinary aspects. By active operation overshadowing the analytical attitude, however, I consider it equally important to accomplish the „impossible”.
