Working as health innovation expert, Marton is originally a financial economist and innovation enthusiast. Marton gathered his experience in the field of banking, telecommunication, IT, media, trade, sport and healthcare, in the management of different Hungarian and international companies. In his capacity as a Development Director currently he is responsible for major projects in digitalization of Health and Social Care, looking towards integrated care solutions.
During his years at Semmelweis University he was actively contributing to several Hungarian and international projects focusing on digitalization and reorganization of the healthcare sector on Member State, EU level and Hungarian National level. Marton is still giving lectures about innovation and change management for medical students at SU.
