HR consultant (trainer, talent management and competence measurement expert)
In the course of my work, I help small and medium-sized enterprises to use their workforce (human capital) in a more efficient and organized manner. Within this, my area of interest is the exploration and development of the organizational relationships of teams or entire companies. During my work, I am not only dealing with HR issues, but management and strategic questions, also. The biggest challenge of the year was the automation of a value focused measurement system. We tamed a well-designed but support sensitive methodology and integrated it into a webapp.
